Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.

  • Items returned without original packaging or components.

  • Custom or personalized items (if offered in the future).

  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your full name, contact number, order number, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange a return pickup in most areas. If not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Return shipping is free for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference. We will request your bank details securely via email once the return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will prioritize your request and offer a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or store credit balance again.

  2. Contact your bank – it may take additional time before a refund is posted.
