Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Our standard order processing time is 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may vary slightly. We will keep you informed via email and SMS once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Packaging and Handling

Every item is inspected before shipment and securely packed using appropriate materials based on the product’s fragility and size. Fragile items like lenses and camera bodies are wrapped in protective cushioning and handled with extra care.

Delivery Areas

Some rural or remote areas may require additional coordination, and our customer service team will contact you in such cases to assist with smooth delivery.

Cash on Delivery Orders

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. If you choose this option, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order in cash. Our delivery partner will attempt contact prior to arrival. Repeated delivery failures may result in cancellation or restriction of COD services for future orders.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, our delivery partner will make one or more re-attempts, depending on their policy. If the order is still undelivered, it may be returned to us. Our team will then reach out to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
